Fitness Studio Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Collective Wellness Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in upholding best-in-class customer service for our members and inspiring prospective new members to start their fitness journeys with us.
This is a part-time opportunity that requires a commitment of 25 hours per week and up to 10 hours of coaching per week. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, communicating with prospective new members, selling memberships and class packages, and maintaining the highest of safety and cleanliness standards in and around our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
- Communicate with prospective new members and provide an appropriate membership recommendation
- Sell memberships and class packages to support the studio's revenue targets
- Maintain the highest of safety and cleanliness standards in and around the studio
- Conduct lead management activities, including telephone inquiries and follow-up calls
- Support the referral program by inviting members to bring friends and family to the studio
- Participate in new member outreach activities and field marketing events
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for health and fitness
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Fitness industry or studio management experience is highly desired
- Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday-Sunday
- Ability to coach classes in the studio and train all fitness levels
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Customer service, sales, and member engagement experience
- Ability to inspire and motivate groups of customers
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
