The opportunity
We seek a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager who will lead a large regionally based technical team to effectively deliver, maintain and continuously improve facilities management services.

You will work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partners and provide exceptional customer service.

This role will be based in South East Queensland and include South Australia.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations while developing strategies and business plans
  2. Regularly review KPI and performance reports to achieve the best standard of delivery
  3. Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region
  4. Review and analyse financial reports and work to improve business performance
  5. Liaise with all key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities to ensure compliance

To be considered for this role you need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs
  • Good understanding of building systems (electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational and administrative skills
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
