Job Title: Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator to lead our before and after school care programs. As the face of our organization in your school community, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs for children of all ages.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our service, ensuring that all activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • You will be responsible for building positive relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • In addition to your leadership role, you will also be expected to mentor and support your team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state
  • The ability to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months
