We focus on exciting, engaging, and entertaining children before school, after school, and during school holidays.Job OverviewThis permanent, part-time position offers practical experience in the OSHC industry.
You will be supported by a Director of Service to ensure your success in the role.Location & ScheduleService Location: PrestonWork Schedule: Split shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support high-quality care and create memorable experiences for children.Engage with the school community through events and assemblies.Assist in developing enriching experiences tailored to children's preferences.Build genuine relationships with children and their families.Ensure programs comply with industry regulations.Ideal CandidateExperience in Before and After School Care or education preferred but not essential; training provided.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members.Strong team player with problem-solving skills.Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.Relevant Diploma (or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.Benefits & PerksAdditional 10% ECEC Grant.Training opportunities for career growth, including Director of Service programs.Staff discounts on enrolment fees.Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing support.High internal promotion rate (60%).
