About the Role

Ventia is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFE Colleges, and Government Buildings in your local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc)
  • Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Tidying external grounds, rubbish collection and leaf blowing
  • Maintenance of stock supplies and orders

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require good communication and time management skills, an eye for detail and proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions

You will need reliable transport to and from work. Additionally, applicants must be able to clear a national police background check along with a pre-employment medical and Working with Children Check.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
