The RoleKey responsibilities include leading thorough incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions, conducting comprehensive safety audits to ensure compliance with WHS regulations, and providing expert guidance to property teams and staff.
The WHS Advisor conducts engaging safety training programs, including WHS inductions for new employees, while fostering a positive safety culture that encourages proactive hazard reporting and the implementation of safety initiatives.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities for providing expert advice and tailored training.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety or a related field are essential.
- Substantial experience in a WHS advisory role or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in conducting incident investigations, leading safety audits, and developing hazard mitigation strategies is necessary.
