Centre Operations Specialist

At Vicinity Centres, we're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We're seeking a Centre Operations Specialist to join our team and assist with and oversee the day-to-day operation of capital and operational works and centre operational service functions.

About the role

This role encompasses the areas of cleaning, risk management & compliance, emergency management, pest control, hygiene, general repairs, maintenance and incident reporting. The Centre Operations Specialist will also be responsible for the role of Duty Manager on Saturdays, Sundays, Thursday nights and Public Holidays where applicable.

What we're looking for

  • A experienced coordinator with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Previous experience in general emergency management and the management of fire services.
  • A working knowledge of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and building management systems (BMS).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • A passion for compliance.
