Job Opportunity: Revenue Management Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Revenue Management Specialist in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Billing and Metering Operations: Ensure that customer billing and meter reading processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Data Processing and Analysis: Complete emails and CSIS PWQ's prior to billing schedules, manage Maximo Queues, and investigate unrecorded meter changes and out-of-tolerance readings.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to estimated reads, implement preventive measures, and process Metering Diagnostics.
- Billing Arrangements: Manage special billing arrangements for key customers, including hydrants and manual billing.
- Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with audit requirements and timely completion of reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and processing billing.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and share information in a team environment.
- Analytical and Investigative Skills: A keen ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Quick Learner: Adaptability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
- Back Office Experience: Experience in back-office functions is highly regarded.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
