Quantum Information Researcher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to contribute to the development of new theoretical approaches in quantum information processing. The successful candidate will have expertise in the theoretical aspects of quantum information processing, particularly in high-dimensional systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop original theory in quantum information processing and error correction for high-dimensional systems
  • Collaborate with experimental teams to apply quantum information theory to practical platforms
  • Contribute to publications and conference presentations
  • Supervise undergraduate and PhD students as needed
Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a PhD in physics, quantum engineering or a related field, with a strong track record of developing original research directions in quantum information theory. Previous postdoctoral experience is preferred.

Apart from the technical requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as the successful candidate will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
