Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the entire systems integration of the communications project, including detailed design, set to work, integration testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project specific detailed designs and integration processes aligning them to the Engineering Management System.
  • Plan and execute detailed design and integration activities, including resource allocation, task management, and problem solving.
  • Identify potential issues, manage risk, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful integration.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members.
  • Be accountable for ensuring that required engineering products and activities are produced in accordance with approved procedures, to required specifications and quality standards, to schedule, and to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, product management, supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the communication systems.
