We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking Hindsight Reviews (QA) to evaluate staff interactions with customers and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Ensuring timely reporting and escalation of poor hindsight review outcomes and procedural failings.
">
  • Providing advice and guidance to enhance existing processes for collections, hardship management, legal, and complaints teams.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in performing Quality Assurance activities within financial services or other regulated industries.
">
  • Operational knowledge of the regulatory environment, legal processes, and obligations for managing financial difficulties and debt recovery.

  • A highly accurate approach with good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work options that put our people first. We offer a hybrid model where you will spend 60% of your time based out of our corporate office in Adelaide or Bendigo.
