Early Childhood Educator Role

This role is focused on delivering high-quality educational practices to children, creating a collaborative environment that fosters growth and development.

  • Develop daily care routines and programs for individual children and/or groups.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and their caregivers.
About the Service

The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 outdoor play areas.

Flexible shift arrangements, including part-time options, are available.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working as an Educator in a childcare service for at least one year is necessary.
  • A Valid Working with Children Check and Current First Aid Certificate are also required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs are essential.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Confidence in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests is crucial.
