Childcare Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Educator to lead our 3-year-old room, providing high-quality care and education for our youngest learners.

This is a permanent position requiring full-time commitment with alternating weekly hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the educational program, developing engaging activities and ensuring the well-being of the children in their care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and have experience working with young children. They will be knowledgeable about the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and have a passion for early childhood education.

Familiarity with child development principles, curriculum design, and pedagogical approaches is essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
