Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Midwife to provide exceptional care to patients in the Post Natal and Well Baby Nursery. As a full-time permanent role, you will work within a well-established and supportive team.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality midwifery care, monitoring the health and wellbeing of both mother and baby, and educating patients on postpartum care.

You will be supported in this role with comprehensive training and ongoing support from the Nursing Unit Manager and Team Leaders.

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
  • At least 2 years post-registration experience
  • Demonstrated empathy and strong emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to commit to permanent night shifts or a mix of nights and days
  • Full Australian working rights
