Maternal Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced maternal care specialists to join our team in the postnatal and well-baby nursery. You will work in a supportive environment alongside a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of mothers and babies in the postnatal and well-baby nursery.
  • Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Offer education on postpartum care.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a registered midwife.
  • At least two years' post-registration experience.
  • Experience working within a private hospital (preferable).
  • Elevated levels of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Commitment to permanent mid-week night shifts (highly desirable).
