
Lead Store Operations Executive

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our store operations and drive sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a passionate team and motivating them to achieve optimal results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of stores, monitoring sales, and achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. They will also be expected to effectively manage wage costs, maintain high team morale, and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure efficient operation of stores and achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs & added value targets across stores.
- Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards and follow GRIA guidelines.
- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their store teams through training and succession plans.
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.

You will need:
- Demonstrated Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A motivated and driven attitude.
- A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs.
- A sound operational and strategic skill set, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control.
- The ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments.
