Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Pathway Development: Create and refine tailored learning experiences for all staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and support to our Clinical Nurse Educators, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Work closely with tertiary institutions to co-create postgraduate nursing courses that meet the needs of our patients and the wider community.
  • Educational Strategies: Develop and implement effective educational plans to improve the skills and knowledge of the Ward/Unit/Service nursing workforce.
  • Clinical Nurse Educator Support: Offer guidance and development opportunities to Clinical Nurse Educators, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in a management role, with experience in education or clinical practice.
