Start a fulfilling career in aged care with our comprehensive training program.

We are seeking individuals who have a great attitude, are reliable, willing to learn and work, and able to pass a National Police Check.

You must have valid working rights in Australia and reside in Australia, and be a Permanent Resident or Citizen to access State Funding for the training.

To qualify for this role you will need:

  • No experience or qualifications required
  • Able to work and study for 12 months
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check

As an aged care worker you will provide personal care, feeding, social activities and support to residents, and work with other staff to ensure the best possible care.

Our comprehensive training program includes:

  • 12 months of paid on the job training
  • Qualification after completion of training
  • Ongoing employment opportunities within the company

We offer a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week with potential to increase to 35 hours. Once qualified you will then be moved to a qualified rate.
