Support Role for Older Adults

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide support and assistance to older adults in their daily lives. This role requires flexibility, particularly during weekdays, with a minimum of 3 days availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment through household tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, ironing, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, changing beds, and washing.
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and shopping.
  • Prepare meals for clients.
  • Offer social support or respite for family members or carers.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).
To Be Successful In This Role You'll Need
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to the elderly.
  • Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A reliable team player.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
