About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to manage customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Experience in a customer service or internal sales role
  • Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desirable knowledge, skills, and experiences include:

  • Warehousing, inventory, or logistics processes
