Job Description:

Our organisation is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Christmas Sales Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge.

This seasonal opportunity provides the ideal candidate with a chance to join our company during the festive period as a fixed-term Christmas Casual Sales Assistant. You will be required to provide genuine and meaningful customer interactions, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering professional service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a retail environment, although this is not essential.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
