Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessments in participants' homes and other contextual environments.
- Develop and implement personalized recommendations for home and living support models, promoting active self-determination and enabling individuals to participate fully in decision-making regarding their living situation.
- Stay up-to-date with NDIS regulations and funding guidelines, ensuring that assessments and recommendations align with the latest standards.
- Utilize quality of life approaches, inclusion strategies, and ecosystem supports in assessment and recommendation processes.
- Produce timely and evidence-based reports to support assessment outcomes and recommendations.
