Job Title: Shift Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our team of associates. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts by ensuring exceptional customer service, thorough job completion, and adherence to brand standards & food safety requirements
  • Assist in training newly hired team members, monitor compliance with cash handling policies, and maintain a supportive and rewarding experience for all team members
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment, cross-sell products, maintain product knowledge, assist in training new team members, follow brand standards, and inform leadership of any observations or concerns
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments, follow cash handling policies, and maintain proper food handling procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide friendly customer service, and ensure that customers receive an excellent shopping experience

Requirements
  • Cash handling and customer service experience
  • Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry 40 pounds
  • Speak, read, and comprehend instructions
