
Site Safety Specialist

HSEQT Coordinator roles involve leading and coordinating health, safety, environment, quality, and training activities across a site.
The successful candidate will work closely with existing HSEQT resources to provide visible leadership and expert guidance to frontline teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining site-specific HSEQT procedures
- Delivering engaging training and mentoring programs
- Championing Critical Risk Management processes
- Investigating incidents and identifying root causes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQT role, ideally within oil & gas, transport, or resource sectors
- Strong understanding of integrated management systems and relevant legislation
- Experience in safety leadership training and cultural change initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
