Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, leading a team of staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and contributing to the development of new menu ideas and promotions.
- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the restaurant
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
- Manage cash handling and inventory control
- Assist with recruitment and training of new staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Familiarity with RSA requirements in a licensed venue
- Passion for the hospitality industry
