Restaurant Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to support the General Manager in fostering a positive work environment for team members. This role is a hands-on management position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of high-performing teams in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. This involves creating a dynamic and positive atmosphere, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate team members.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competent computer skills.
