Hiring an exceptional Display Home Host is a crucial step in ensuring our display homes are presented impeccably and providing our customers with outstanding service.

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves greeting and assisting visitors in our display homes, ensuring the premises are immaculately presented, answering visitor queries, distributing marketing collateral, generating leads by collecting contact details and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors

- Present display homes impeccably

- Ensure visitor queries are answered promptly

- Distribute marketing materials effectively

- Generate new leads by collecting contact information

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset

- Professional appearance and presentation

- Focused, driven and motivated individual

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- High level of motivation and ability to think outside the square

- Previous retail experience is an advantage

- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential
