Key Role: AI Product Demonstrator

This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing innovative AI features.

  • Engage customers proactively, build genuine rapport, and attract them to the product innovation zone.
  • Qualify customer needs and understand how they use their current device and how AI features can enhance their life.
  • Provide personalized demonstrations based on customer qualification.
  • Close sales by passing customers on to retail staff members.
  • Complete detailed reporting at the end of each shift.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Minimum 1 year as a brand ambassador, demonstrator, or salesperson in the consumer electronics retail channel.
  • Preferably, but not required, a minimum of 12 months of demonstrator experience.
  • Must be available to work all shifts during the campaign duration.
Essential Skills and Capabilities:
  • Technical knowledge of retail consumer electronics products.
  • Experience in retail sales and product demonstration.
  • Needs-based selling skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including photo uploading and reporting.
  • A passion for technology.
