Concrete Labourer Role Overview

The Concrete Labourer is an essential member of our workforce, responsible for assisting in all aspects of concrete work.

  • Preparation and Setup: Assist with site preparation, including setting up forms, rebar, and reinforcement.
  • Concrete Placement and Finishing: Assist with pouring and levelling concrete, operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to concrete work.
  • Finishing Tasks: Assist with finishing tasks such as troweling and edging.
Key Skills and Qualifications

While previous experience is not required, a strong physical fitness level and ability to perform manual tasks are necessary. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and possess reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Working Conditions
