The role of Senior HR Business Partner is a fixed term contract position in a dynamic business. You will partner with diverse business teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering a unified team.
About the RoleYou will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify and address key issues, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and employee engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- A great compensation package and bonus/commission plan.
- A flexible work environment with a hybrid model.
- Flexible time off including volunteer time off, personal leaves, and paid holidays.
- 17 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, family care leave, and up to 5 days study leave.
