Job Overview

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by liaising with existing and prospective Day Therapy Centre clients. Key responsibilities include processing enquiries and referrals accurately and promptly, establishing service objectives with new clients, creating client files, and managing the service wait list.

This permanent, part-time position reports directly to the Day Therapy Centre Manager and involves working alongside Customer Service Assistants and members of the therapy team. Responsibilities also include data management, processing client discharges, and participating in service quality activities such as auditing client files.
