We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and property management functions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients, and colleagues;
  2. Receiving and delegating all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  3. Managing and maintaining meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
  4. Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, contracts, and marketing, including processing such documents;
  5. Supporting both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity;
  6. Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior administration or reception experience would be highly advantageous;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Passion and desire to help others succeed;
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle required;
  • Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
