We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and property management functions.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients, and colleagues;
- Receiving and delegating all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Managing and maintaining meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, contracts, and marketing, including processing such documents;
- Supporting both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity;
- Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior administration or reception experience would be highly advantageous;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Passion and desire to help others succeed;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle required;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
