Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our Queensland Parking business. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring accurate invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely support and proactive communication.
  • Support daily sales operations, including enquiries, billing, and account administration.
  • Collaborate on strategic account planning, performance monitoring, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM records and support sales efforts through market research and opportunity development.
About You
  • 2+ years' experience in administration and account management.
  • Strong customer service skills with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and adapt under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Confident in interpreting and applying OH&S policies.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to managing tasks independently.
  • Comfortable with technical information and working in dynamic environments.
