Business Development Analyst

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Business Development Analyst. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to the business activities of our Capital Markets Office.

  • Assist in securing sales appointments, conducting marketing campaigns and selling office investments
  • Use your financial skills to analyze raw data and conduct financial modeling and analysis
  • Perform project-related tasks such as corporate planning, investment advisory, due diligence research, development and market consultancy
  • Coordinate departmental marketing programs including quarterly reviews, deal analysis and annual corporate marketing pieces

Key Strengths:

  • Degree-qualified in Property Economics or a related field
  • Experience in a property-related field such as consulting, valuations or finance
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
