Role Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting customers experiencing financial hardships by providing tailored solutions that align with our policies and procedures.

We operate in 31 markets with a strong track record of profitability. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative team where everyone contributes ideas and drives business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and/or their financial advisors with navigating financial obligations through various channels (phone, emails, and letters).
  • Assess customers' eligibility for bespoke solutions and monitor ongoing agreements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle all calls within the appropriate delegation level and escalate priority issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer data.
Key Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in Financial Assistance/Hardship, Collections or Complaints is highly valued.
