**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a professional to join our team and play a key role in connecting with clients and financial advisors.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience in wealth management, superannuation or related fields within a contact centre environment.

You will utilise advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls, showcasing your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work alongside financial advisors to assist with delivery of financial products and services
  • Utilise advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone call
  • Showcase your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions on behalf of our clients
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, as well as look for opportunities to enhance best practice guides
  • Direct queries to the appropriate support teams

**What We Offer:**
