**The opportunity to join our team**
- To utilise domain expertise to provide technology-based services incorporating strategy, design, development, delivery and maintenance of marketing, data, integration and digital technological solutions to meet business needs, aligned with Insignia's solution architecture principles and frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expertise in transforming marketing, data, integration, and digital technology solutions, offering technical direction and leadership across the technology lifecycle.
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality solution designs, addressing technical debt, failure analysis, service performance, scalability, and availability targets.
- Prepare submissions to the Enterprise Architecture Committee, ensuring proposed changes align with architectural standards and considerations.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with software engineers to address technical issues, and ensure adherence to required standards and best practices throughout the development process.

**What you will bring**
- Proven experience in the technology industry and in software development and solution design, specializing in marketing, data, integration, and digital technology.
- Proven development and deployment experience across multiple platforms, utilizing object-oriented concepts and principles.
- Strong background in Agile development practices, covering the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with both packaged and custom-built software, including third-party vendors and partners, to deliver solutions.
- Skilled in collaboration, business case development, and managing stakeholder relationships, with strong negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
