We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description

This is a part-time position that involves visiting retail outlets to observe store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing surveys online about their experience. This role requires an eye for detail, good memory, reliability, great communication skills, and access to the internet.

The number of assignments offered to you will depend on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets to observe store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Complete surveys online about your experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all observations and survey responses.
