Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks as part of our proactive program.
  • Utilize our digital system (Quore) to log work orders, track progress, and document completed tasks.
  • Assist with basic repairs, including patching & painting, pressure washing, cleaning HVAC vents, and troubleshooting problems.
  • Support safety and security procedures, upholding workplace health and safety standards.
