Job Title: Senior Social Worker Health Clinician

Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Senior Social Worker to deliver urgent mental health assessments, risk management, brief interventions, and coordinated referrals for adults in crisis.

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and provide crisis interventions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop care and discharge plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic support to promote recovery and well-being.
Key Requirements:
  • Registration as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor (AHPRA/AASW applicable).
  • Experience working in acute or community mental health settings.
  • Strong crisis assessment and intervention skills.
  • Valid NSW driver's licence.
  • NSW Working With Children Check.

This contract offers 12 weeks with potential extension. Benefits include daily meal allowance, a supportive multidisciplinary team environment, travel and accommodation support.
