Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administration support to senior executives and managers.
  • Format and proof complex documentation for stakeholder and public information.
  • Ensure effective and efficient administration support to wider teams.
  • Coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor compliance of procurement processes.
  • Manage departmental document review and control.
Requirements
  • A relationship builder, quick problem solver and focused individual.
  • Several years of experience in EA or senior business administration roles.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail skills managing changing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with financial software and InDesign.
