We are seeking a skilled Operations Performance Manager to join our Defence division at Service Stream. This is a permanent full-time position that could be based at any of the main defence bases in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an audit schedule to ensure regular and systematic internal audits of both internal staff and external contractor staff.
- Perform detailed internal audits to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify non-compliances and develop corrective action plans to address any deficiencies and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of these corrective actions.
- Track and report on KPIs to ensure operational objectives are being met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence sector or a large multi-site organisation.
- Proven experience in audit management and conducting internal audits.
- A strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
