Improving Operational Efficiency

This role involves driving strategic change across the organization by leading end-to-end process improvement and change management initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing communications and reporting, including briefings, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable sharing of findings and outcomes.
The team plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting asset management across the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of the CI program.
- Prepare communications and reporting, including briefings, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and draft CI initiative plans.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
- Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Able to lead and manage projects using Project Management software with minimal support.
