About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team of experts in Sydney's South. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in leading the estimating function within our business. You will work closely with our team of estimators to deliver accurate and timely estimates for our clients' projects.



Job Description



  • Tender Preparation: Prepare initial estimates and assessments for tenders, ensuring that they meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Project Cost Management: Conduct thorough project cost assessments to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and reliable estimates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with trades and suppliers to ensure that we have access to the best resources for our clients' projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed throughout the estimating process.
  • Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability for our clients' projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and guide a team of estimators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with D&C and/or ECI projects and contracts, preferably with experience in Procure Pro software.
