Game Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Unity developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in Unity development and C# programming.
This role serves as a bridge between art and engineering—translating visual designs into immersive experiences while optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration of art assets in real-time gaming environments.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of our games, supporting artists and developers through pipeline development, tool creation, asset integration, and visual polish.
Duties and Responsibilities- Create and implement software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects.
- Collaborate with engineers and artists to meet look-and-feel and performance requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the art pipeline.
- Provide artists with technical feedback to ensure optimized assets.
- Document and promote best practices.
- Create or suggest tools and scripts to optimize Unity workflow.
- Profile and debug game performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Optimize software and art assets.
- 1-3 years of experience in game development studio settings.
- Familiarity with versioning software (Perforce preferred, CVS, Alien Brain or similar).
- Experience creating motion graphics or animations (samples required).
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with game engines.
