We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites and Oaks Brisbane Casino Tower Suites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, carrying out repairs, and implementing the preventative maintenance program for each property.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking general repairs and maintenance as required;
  • Providing induction and supervision of external contractors;
  • Maintaining daily work records and service schedules;
  • Implementing the preventative maintenance program for each property.

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
