Outbound Business Developer

Oolio is seeking a dynamic outbound business developer to join their Sydney-based team. They empower hospitality businesses to deliver exceptional guest experiences through market-leading solutions including POS systems, self-service kiosks, loyalty programs, and inventory management tools.

We're looking for a resilient and proactive individual with a passion for sales and genuine interest in hospitality to drive business development initiatives. In this role, you'll showcase Oolio's suite of products, set up appointments for the sales team, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for effective outreach.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective hospitality businesses to introduce Oolio's products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Schedule appointments for the field sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
