We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at EG Doncaster East. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving store performance, leading and developing our frontline team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and growth targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and maintaining a high level of stock availability
  • Assist with the training and development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Order and maintain stock levels, ensuring the store is always well-stocked and ready for customers
  • Ensure the health and safety of all team members and customers are met, adhering to EG's strict health and safety protocols
