Job Title: Clinical Trial Activation Coordinator

This role involves supporting the activation process for clinical trials, ensuring timely and compliant study startup and maintenance. The position requires coordination with internal teams and external sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as Single Point of Contact (SPC) for assigned sites during feasibility and activation
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing site documentation
  • Tracking and managing site performance metrics
  • Maintaining project information in databases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders
  • Ensuring contract execution and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in clinical research or a related field
  • 3 years experience in healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory and ethics submissions

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of clinical trial regulations
