Job Role:

Clinical Research Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials. Their primary responsibility involves conducting on-site and remote monitoring activities.

They work closely with investigative sites to initiate clinical trials, maintain study files, provide instructions to site personnel, and ensure the protection of study participants.

Additional responsibilities include verifying the integrity of clinical data, managing essential documents, and performing key risk assessment and management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate possesses an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a clinical, science, or health-related field, with previous experience supporting clinical trials. Fluency in English is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts onsite and remote monitoring activities in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, SOPs, and study processes.
  • Qualifies potential investigative sites, initiates clinical trials, maintains study files, provides instructions to site personnel, and ensures the protection of study participants.
  • Verifies the integrity of clinical data and that the study is conducted in compliance with approved protocol, GCP, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
  • Manages the investigative site staff to facilitate trial deliverables.
  • Writes and submits reports of investigational site findings and updates applicable tracking systems.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Health care professional licensure, i.e., registered nurse.
  • Previous experience supporting clinical trials including solid on-site monitoring experience.
  • Travel is required 50-80%.
